Citi Keeps Palantir’s Neutral Rating and $115 PT
Citi analyst Tyler Radke reiterated on June 16, 2025, a ‘Neutral’ rating and $115 price target on Palantir.
“We recently visited PLTR’s NYC Office and met with CFO Dave Glazer and IR. The company remains upbeat on AIP adoption.
By industry, Financial Services was a highlight with a growing pipeline of other FinServ customers following the Q1 contract with Citi Wealth.
Government growth should remain strong, with management noting recent normalization giving them confidence in 2H growth and pipeline, while Golden Dome remains an opportunity.
International momentum is a mixed bag, with NATO deal and opportunity in the Middle East offset by European commercial challenges.
Palantir is staying disciplined on margins, optimizing headcount, and achieving efficiency gains on the product side.
Stepping back, the meeting reiterates our upbeat view on PLTR fundamentals, but we continue to have concerns on how stock can grow into its valuation, especially if magnitude of positive revisions slow or large contracts (i.e., Golden Dome) don’t materialize as expected.”
