Baird Raises Intel Price Target to $75
Baird analyst Tristan Gerra raised the price target on Intel (NASDAQ: INTC) to $75.00 (from $50.00) while maintaining a Neutral rating.
“Our industry discussions highlight at least a mid-teen server x86 CPU unit growth outlook for 2027, driven by agentic AI’s unfolding momentum.
Intel is poised to benefit, leveraging three key assets: x86 architectures on which all data center data rests on, advanced packaging, and manufacturing footprint.
Supply shortages historically favor fabbed companies in control of their capacity. Demand exceeding supply is conducive of higher mix and pricing ultimately driving gross margin expansion over time.
Gross margin outlook for the rest of 2026 remains muted however. Neutral-rated.”
