Cantor Fitzgerald Raises KLA Price Target to $2,000
Cantor Fitzgerald analyst C.J.
Muse raised the price target on KLA Corporation (NASDAQ: KLAC) to $2,000.00 (from $1,600.00) while maintaining an Overweight rating.
“Leading-edge foundry/logic is the primary WFE growth driver; KLA raised its advanced packaging revenue outlook to ~$1B on AI accelerator demand.
Mature-node process control demand is relatively stable; no specific lagging-edge growth catalyst was highlighted on the Q3 call.
DRAM demand is strong, driven by HBM and DDR5 capacity additions for AI data centers, with EUV adoption increasing inspection intensity per wafer.
NAND recovery remains gradual; layer count transitions provide ongoing process control opportunities but no new wafer starts are expected at scale in 2026.”
