Wedbush analyst Dan Ives reiterated on August 4, 2025, an ‘Outperform rating’ and $160 price target on Palantir Technologies.

Another Raise for FY25 Guidance; AIP Driving Further Growth.

The company beat the Street across all FY3Q25 metrics while raising its FY25 guidance across the board (yet again) as the company continues to capitalize on elevated demand for its AI capabilities while focused on driving leverage into its business to drive further profitable growth.

FY25 revenue is expected to be in the range of $4.142 billion to $4.150 billion (prior guidance of $3.890 billion to $3.902 billion) vs. the Street’s $3.900 billion with US commercial expected to grow 85% y/y (prior guidance of 68% y/y) as AIP drives more enterprise and federal customers down the AI use case path.

FY25 adj. operating income is now expected to be in the range of $1.912 billion to $1.920 billion (prior guidance of $1.711 billion to $1.723 billion) while FY25 FCF is expected to be in the range of $1.800 billion to $2.000 billion (prior guidance of $1.600 billion to $1.800 billion) as the company looks to balance investing into hiring more engineers and expanding its product development teams with bottom-line expansion initiatives.

Palantir remains one of our top tech names to own in 2025 and this deal represents another opportunity for PLTR to capitalize on while continuing to generate unprecedented traction for its entire portfolio across the federal and commercial landscapes.”
