What the analyst said

Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Andres Sheppard raised the price target on Lucid Group Inc.

(NASDAQ: LCID) to $20.00 (from $3.00) while maintaining a Neutral rating.

“1-10 Reverse Stock Split Completed – Adjusting Price Target. On 9/2, Lucid Group completed a 1-for‑10 reverse stock split, consolidating ~3.07B outstanding shares into ~307.3M.

This move reduced the authorized common shares from 15B to 1.5B and increased the per-share price from ~$1.98 at market close on 8/29 to $18.90 at market open 9/2.

With the reverse split, management is hoping Lucid’s equity shares will be accessible to a “broader universe of long-only institutional investors.” Our Neutral rating is unchanged, and we adjust our 12-month Price Target to $20 (from $3 prior).

Bottom Line: LCID reported a 2Q25 Net loss of $(739.3M) vs. our estimate/consensus of ($768.3M)/($743.4M), and vs. ($643.4M) in 2Q24.

Additionally, LCID reported a 2Q25 Non-GAAP diluted net loss per share of ($0.24), in-line with our estimate/consensus of ($0.23)/($0.22) and vs. ($0.29) in 2Q24.

Lucid now has 58 studios and service centers, including 43 studios and service centers in North America, 11 in Europe, and 4 in the Middle East.”
