Mizuho analyst Vijay Rakesh raised the price target on NVIDIA (NASDAQ: NVDA) to $245 (from $235) while maintaining an Outperform rating.
“NVDA reported strong OctQ rev $57B (cons. $55.2B) and guided JanQ to $65B (above cons $61.8B with some buyside higher) with Blackwell sold out and easing AI-bubble worries.
We highlight: 1) Key DC revs at ~$51.2B up 25% q/q (up 66% y/y), with Blackwell revs ~$41B or 72% of total, 2) CSP at “majority” of revs, 3) JanQ Blackwell/GB200/300 ramps expected to continue while Rubin 2H26E remains on track; 4) OctQ Networking up 13% q/q as NVLink/Ethernet/IB all ramping well, 5) Good GM outlook with JanQ guided to 75%, up 140bps q/q, and F27E targeting mid‑70s despite higher input costs, and 6) N‑T Humain (200K GPU/yr) and Anthropic ($30B Azure capacity) deals incremental to ~ $350B AI DC revenue pipeline through C26E.
Reiterate Outperform and raise PT to $245, raise estimates, as NVDA remains the clear AI leader.”
