Rosenblatt Reiterates Nvidia’s $245 Price Target
Rosenblatt analyst Kevin Cassidy reiterated on December 26, 2025, the firm’s $245 price target on Nvidia.
“On Wednesday, December 24th, Groq announced a non-exclusive inference technology licensing agreement with NVIDIA.
NVIDIA management has not made public comments on this agreement.
Strategically we view that licensing an inference technology as important for NVIDIA.
This would address concerns around Google’s TPU taking GPU market share as AI expands into the inference stage.
Importantly, the deal includes key Groq managers, including Groq’s founder and original TPU designer, Jonathan Ross, joining NVIDIA.
An interesting angle on this deal is the potential for NVIDIA’s CUDA development tools to expand Groq’s LPU (Language Processing Unit) use across multiple end markets.
We see this transaction furthering NVIDIA’s AI market dominance.
We continue recommending NVDA shares for the company’s leadership in the AI market. Our 12-month target price is $245.”
