Cantor Fitzgerald Reiterates Overweight on AMD, $350 Price Target
Cantor Fitzgerald analyst C.J.
Muse reiterated an Overweight rating and $350.00 price target on AMD (NASDAQ: AMD).
“Following Intel’s miss, we look for AMD to post a modest beat for the December Q and raise for March Q guidance, as AMD is not going through the same wafer transition for Client/Server that drove Intel’s guidance lower (with AMD likely a beneficiary of this transition provided they can procure enough capacity from TSMC).
We look for strength across the Data Center (both CPU/GPU), with demand for Server CPUs should remain strong, driven by agentic AI and host servers for accelerated compute, and we see sustained growth on the DC GPU front as the launch of MI400-series approaches in the coming quarters.
While Client units may be lower due to supply constraints, focus turns to higher ASPs across both Client/Server as the company prioritizes higher-end SKUs.
We reiterate our $350 price target and Overweight rating.”
