Mizuho analyst Gregg Moskowitz lowered the price target on Palantir (NASDAQ: PLTR) to $195.00 (from $205.00) while maintaining a Neutral rating.

“PLTR reported a fantastic 4Q with 70% Y/Y revenue growth, reflecting ~540bps upside vs. last quarter’s extraordinary 830bps beat, and the average ~600bps beat over the last four quarters.

Management also guided 2026E materially above consensus, featuring 61% revenue growth and 56% FCF margins.

While we are truly impressed by these results, the stock’s multiple of 40x 2027 revenue remains extreme, dramatically above anything else in software.

We are cognizant that the shares could suddenly be subject to meaningful multiple reversion at some point over the next few quarters, although this is balanced by PLTR’s uniqueness, which demands tremendous credit.

And looking forward, we believe PLTR is increasingly well-positioned to benefit from long-term trends in AI, government digital transformation, and industrial modernization.

We reiterate our Neutral rating and slightly lower our PT to $195 from $205 on significant comp multiple compression, reflecting 50x CY27E revenue.”
