RBC Capital analyst Tom Narayan lowered on February 26, 2026, the price target on Lucid to $10 (from $14) while maintaining a ‘Sector Perform’ rating.

“Despite the Q4/25 GP miss, unit economics appear to be improving.

That said, we were disappointed by the lower-than-expected ’26 production guide and the Q4/25 production restatement.

While their robotaxi program appears on track, we are concerned about competition and limited software revenues near-term.

We expect to learn more about LCID’s autonomy solutions and path to profitability during its investor day in March.

We lower our PT to $10 from $14, which supports our Sector Perform rating.”
