Bernstein SocGen Group analyst Mark L.

Moerdler raised the price target on Oracle (NYSE: ORCL) to $319.00 (from $313.00) while maintaining an Outperform rating.

“Very much on track; Oracle delivered a solid Q3, a strong guide for Q4 and increased revenue guide for FY27 again.

RPO increased $29B while the CAPEX guide did not increase. Oracle is executing extremely well on what is a complex / resource intensive growth story.

As compared to last quarter where investors walked away with more questions than answers, this quarter, we believe, they walked away with far more answers than questions.

Overall, this quarter has given us more confidence that the management is executing well against its ambitious plans and is on track to deliver the contracts in its RPO.

Although controversies around the stock will likely continue, we believe the risk / reward is very much skewed toward substantial upside, and we reiterate our Outperform rating.”
