Bernstein Reiterates Outperform on Oracle, $325 PT
Bernstein SocGen Group analyst Mark Moerdler reiterated an Outperform rating and $325 price target on Oracle (NYSE: ORCL).
“Solid quarter and improving communication.
Next catalyst is FAM; Oracle delivered yet another quarter showing that they are executing well towards their FY30 targets with no major hiccups or obscured data points.
Investor interest in the name is high and is most of our inbound as investors not currently in the stock look to understand the opportunity and gain confidence the bear concerns are wrong.
Oracle is not only executing well but also communicating better, with more details, clarity and increased confidence.
The company is also diversifying its customer base while increasing RPO which does not require meaningful additional cash requirements.
Oracle offers highly differentiated Cloud including AI datacenters; IaaS/PaaS and SaaS.
Their database is moving quickly to the Cloud driven by the 3 largest hyperscalers which drives revenue at high margins.
The company is executing very well and continuing to prove they have what it takes to be successful in both their traditional software / SaaS markets, IaaS/PaaS, AI datacenters, database and AI.
We like the setup even more after this earnings and believe the upside far outweighs the risks. We await the Analyst Day and additional color and details which could be a catalyst for the stock.”
