Bernstein SocGen Group analyst Mark L.

Moerdler reiterated an Outperform rating and $319.00 price target on Oracle (NYSE: ORCL).

“The story is better than we thought, with better upside potential; Oracle is generating more in bound than most of our coverage as investors try to understand the opportunity.

ORCL delivered solid Q3 results and guide, helping dispel some investor concern. But questions continue around the value of its massive datacenter build out and its customer concentration.

Today’s note builds on prior research to lay out how ORCL’s economics are better than we initially thought.

As investor concern has grown that AI will disrupt software, we think Oracle should be one of the go-to investment names given its AI datacenter business and its core database business, which should also be an AI winner.

We believe as more data validates the quality of the business, that perspective will change.

While today’s note is not intended to answer questions that only time and strong execution will, it should show that Oracle is building a far more valuable business for its investors.”
