What the analyst said

Baird analyst Rob Oliver reiterated an Outperform rating and $215 price target on Oracle (NYSE: ORCL).

“Oracle hosted a very positive investor day, directly addressing some of the key investor concerns.

Heading into the event, the two things investors wanted clarity on were the ability to finance/FCF and DC build comfort.

Company delivered on both, stating it expects to be +FCF in 2H’28, will be fully funded in FY’28 (only needing $20B of capital, below expectations), as well as on track to add 7GW of capacity through FY’28.

We remain positive on ORCL’s full-stack positioning. Reiterate Outperform rating.”
