Oppenheimer Raises Oracle Price Target to $210
Oppenheimer analyst Brian Schwartz raised the price target on Oracle (NYSE: ORCL) to $210.00 (from $185.00) while maintaining an Outperform rating.
“We reiterate our Outperform rating and raise the PT to $210 from $185 after Oracle reported F3Q results that beat expectations.
F3Q results are anchored by 84% OCI growth, 20%+ revenue and EPS growth, and operating margin upside.
Additionally, faster SaaS growth than peers and higher FY27 revenue guidance are positives too.
Negatively, uses of cash are higher than expected and leave tough optics alongside a weakening balance sheet.
Bottom Line: ORCL remains a rare software name showing business acceleration, robust cloud infrastructure growth, and durable 20%+ top- and bottom-line growth.
In our view, Oracle’s business should be more resilient than other software names facing AI disintermediation from vertically-integrated customer entrenchment, and providing the compute for AI.
And F3Q results show good progress to a more capital intensive business.”
