UBS Lowers Oracle Price Target to $245
UBS analyst Karl Keirstead lowered the price target on Oracle (ORCL) to $245 (from $285) while maintaining a Buy rating on August 6, 2026.
“Oracle shares are -27% post its 4Q/May print, with investors shrugging-off strong revs growth results and guidance and focusing on several perceived risks – rising AI infra capex, uncertain/uninspiring ROIC, evidence of tightness in the credit markets for new large AI data center debt offerings, delays at a key site under construction in New Mexico and high customer concentration with OpenAI.
In this note we focus on each of these OCI-related concerns. Net, we conclude that material risk is already priced into the stock and that some risks (such as New Mexico delays) could be over-stated.
We remain Buy-rated.”
