Rosenblatt Raises Palantir Price Target to $225
Rosenblatt analyst John McPeake raised the price target on Palantir (NASDAQ: PLTR) to $225.00 (from $200.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
“Palantir delivered a significant beat to estimates, accelerated the top line yet again, and guided 2Q and 2026 above the Street.
The U.S. commercial business beat Street forecasts after adjusting for a customer that was recategorized to government in the quarter.
The company guided to a full year revenue forecast where the bottom of the range was above our Street high forecasts.
Palantir is helping enterprises and governments use AI to drive real value, and we think it is showing up in the numbers. Adjusted operating income grew 152% in 1Q, and the guidance puts 2026 at 97%.
We think the company’s integration, orchestration, and Ontology are the key to unlocking AI value in the enterprise.
Our checks with customers, former Palantirians, and SI’s, as well as our knowledge of the product, make us doubt that an LLM provider is going to create a functioning replacement of the Palantir stack over the forecastable time horizon.
We are raising our forecasts and target and reiterating our Buy rating on PLTR.”
