Goldman Sachs analyst James Schneider reiterated a Conviction Buy rating and $525.00 price target on Broadcom Limited (NASDAQ: AVGO).

“We would be aggressive buyers of the stock following a pullback as Broadcom reiterated its very strong growth outlook for 2027 and beyond, but delivered in-line 2H26 AI revenue guidance set against very elevated expectations heading into the quarter.

We remain bullish on the stock at current levels as our confidence on Broadcom’s growth in 2027 and beyond is underpinned by multiple factors.

First, Broadcom continues to expect FY27 AI semiconductor revenue significantly in excess of $100bn across 10GW of datacenter deployments.

Second, management provided additional clarity on its custom silicon engagements beyond Google, which are all still expected to ramp strongly into FY27.

Third, management reiterated that it has secured supplies of all key components needed to support its revenue forecast through FY27 and beyond.

We remain Buy rated (on CL) as we believe Broadcom’s leadership in AI networking and custom silicon enables the lowest inference cost for key hyperscaler customers, and we see it delivering ongoing cost reductions on pace with market leader Nvidia (Buy).”
