KeyBanc analyst Jackson Ader reiterated an Overweight rating and $300.00 price target on Oracle (NYSE: ORCL).

“Another Big RPO, Capex and Capital Build; Overall we feel this was a good quarter, but with the biggest upside coming from adding more remaining performance obligation rather than real-time revenue upside, it seems increasingly difficult for investors to reward.

Our expectations were for better results than expected with limited upside to the outlook given this was Hilary Maxson’s first quarter as CFO, and for the most part, we got that.

Execution on gigawatts is what we’re watching going forward for upside to revenue and Oracle expects to turn 1 GW live in 1Q27 compared to 1.2 GW in FY26, leading us to remain Overweight.”
