BMO Capital analyst Keith Bachman raised the price target on Oracle (NYSE: ORCL) to $220.00 (from $200.00) while maintaining an Outperform rating.

“Encouraging Trends; We thought ORCL reported a solid quarter with modest revenue upside primarily driven by upside in IaaS.

Given concerns around business mix impact to gross margin, along with lower IaaS gross margin near term, we think EPS estimates moving higher in FY27 is a net positive, helped by a decrease in operating expenses.

Additionally, we think cap ex peaking in FY27/FY28 in dollar terms is positive vs. current FY29/FY30 cap ex expectations. Net, we raise our target price to $220 from $200 and remain Outperform.”
