Stifel Lifts AMD Price Target to $635
Stifel analyst Ruben Roy raised the price target on AMD (NASDAQ: AMD) to $635 (from $450) while maintaining a Buy rating.
“AMD is our other preferred way to own accelerated compute as the core EPYC server-CPU franchise is increasingly an AI winner in its own right (TAM lifted to over $120bn by 2030, >35% CAGR), while the 2H MI450/Helios cadence, anchored by two 6GW commitments with OpenAI and Meta, and early MI500 visibility are discrete, company-specific catalysts.
The early-July pullback (~8% on July 7 alone) reset expectations around the MI450 ramp, setting up the July 23rd “Advancing AI” event as a potential catalyst even ahead of earnings.”
