What the analyst said

Mizuho analyst Vijay Rakesh raised the price target on Broadcom Limited (NASDAQ: AVGO) to $300 (from $250) while maintaining an Outperform rating.

The stock remains a Top Pick for 2025.

“In this report, we take a deep dive into AVGO’s competitive moats, AI Custom Silicon (its biggest revenue driver), disruptive CPO roadmaps, and its software cash cow.

We highlight: 1) a big 2026E for AVGO with AI Custom Silicon ramping at our estimates 60-70% share of the $60-90B SAM by F27E with leading 3.5D adv. packaging, 2) Networking leadership with key SerDes IP, StrataXGS/DNS Tomahawk5/6 and Jericho Ethernet switches driving to 102.4Tbps with roadmap to Optical with CPO, and 3) ~50% of revenue from SW supporting F25E FCF to ~$33B with its industry-leading F25E GM/OM at ~79%/66% and a strong M&A strategy under CEO Hock Tan.

Reiterating our Outperform, RAISING F27E estimates 5-10% above consensus, and raising our PT to $300 (prior $250). AVGO remains a 2025E Top Pick.”
