What the analyst said
RBC Capital analyst Rishi Jaluria raised the price target on Palantir Technologies Inc.
(NASDAQ: PLTR) to $45 (from $40) while maintaining an Underperform rating.
“Palantir reported a solid quarter and raised 2025 guidance ahead of consensus. U.S. Commercial was the standout, accelerating to 93% YoY and now contributing 31% of revenue (vs. 23% a year ago).
Government grew 53% YoY, with recent wins including a 10-year Army deal (up to $10B). Total revenue of $1,004M rose 48% YoY and beat by ~7%, with adj. operating margin of 46% and FCF margin of 57%.
Still, we question the durability of AIP-led momentum. We raise our PT to $45 (from $40) on the increased guide, but remain Underperform given an unfavorable riskreward.”
