What the analyst said

Rosenblatt analyst John McPeake reiterated a Buy rating and $260 price target on Palantir (NASDAQ: PLTR).

“This was a remarkable quarter for Palantir, with companywide acceleration of 300bps Q/Q to +96% Y/Y top line, adjusted operating income +138% Y/Y, and FCF +139% Y/Y to 52% of revenues.

The company’s AI sovereignty push (where enterprises fully control their AI) is only one quarter old and this has resulted in a flurry of shorter duration enterprise deals, as reflected in decelerated TCV (total contract value) growth in for U.S. commercial of +11% Y/Y.

We think this divergence with the 148% U.S. commercial revenue growth is causing unwarranted concern, as we discuss in detail below.

Going forward we expect the duration and size of these deals to increase to historic levels and TCV to normalize back to revenue growth.

We think the large TAM, competitive moat, and ongoing operating leverage continue to make PLTR an attractive investment.

We are raising our 2026 estimates, but keeping our Street high 2027 and beyond numbers materially unchanged. Our $260 price target is 60x EPS one year out and 46% upside from current levels.

Reiterating Buy and $260 target on Palantir.”
