What the analyst said

RBC Capital analyst Rishi Jaluria raised the price target on Palantir (NASDAQ: PLTR) to $130 (from $90) while maintaining an Underperform rating.

“PLTR delivered a solid 3Q, with revenue of $2,313M (+96% YoY) beating consensus by 5.9%, Adj. Operating Margin of 61.7% (vs. consensus 60.2%), and Adj. EPS of $0.44 (vs. consensus $0.41).

U.S. revenue grew 119% YoY, with U.S. Commercial surpassing U.S. Government revenue for the first time, and FY26 guidance was raised across all metrics.

That said, we remain watchful as total RDV grew just 2% QoQ, RPO was flat sequentially, and management acknowledged shorter-than-usual contract durations in Sovereign AI.

We raise our estimates on the report and introduce our FY28 estimates. Shares are down ~3% after-hours.”
