What the analyst said

KeyBanc analyst John Vinh reiterated an Overweight rating and $250 price target on NVIDIA (NASDAQ: NVDA).

“We expect NVDA to report strong F3Q (Oct) results and guide F4Q (Jan) higher.

We expect key drivers of upside to include: 1) Increasing shipments of B300, which should represent unit and ASP tailwinds; 2) Improving GB300 rack production, as we estimate FY26 rack shipments of 28K-30K; 3) Increasing Hopper production, which indicates NVDA may have resumed shipments to China.

Conversely, we believe NVDA is capacity constrained, which could limit more meaningful upside and impact shipments of gaming GPUs.

Accordingly, we’re raising estimates slightly and reiterate our Overweight rating.”
