Baird Raises Texas Instruments Price Target to $225
Baird analyst Tristan Gerra raised the price target on Texas Instruments (NASDAQ: TXN) to $225.00 (from $195.00) while maintaining an Outperform rating.
“An above-seasonal, unit-driven 1Q outlook represents a positive surprise, and we believe TI will benefit from this early cycle recovery given its predominantly direct customer revenue exposure and lack of LTSAs exiting the prior down cycle.
We see significant room for upside between the stock’s current multiple and the 5Y peak P/E of >35x.
We upgraded TXN on Apr 7, 2025 and remain bullish on the name along with cyclical names for 2026, with key drivers including data center and industrial.
Outperform-rated.”
