Rosenblatt analyst Kevin Cassidy lowered the price target on Arm Holdings (NASDAQ: ARM) to $175.00 (from $180.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.

“Arm continues to expand and diversify its end markets. Along with this diversification, the company is increasing its value per IC over time.

The CSS (compute subsystem) strategy is gaining traction with 2 additional licenses during the quarter. We see the DRAM shortage reducing the handset revenues.

We are moving our FY27E revenue growth to 20% and reducing our target price $5 to $175.”
