William Blair Reiterates Outperform Rating on Oracle
William Blair analyst Sebastien Naji reiterated an Outperform rating on Oracle (NYSE: ORCL).
“Stock Thoughts: At the time of writing, Oracle shares were up nearly 9% in after-hours trading to a price of roughly $162.
At this level, ORCL shares trade at a price-to-earnings multiples of 21 times our calendar 2026 and 18.5 times our calendar 2027 non-GAAP EPS estimates.
With shares down significantly from last year’s highs, we see limited downside risk for the stock at these levels.
We also believe there is an increasing likelihood that Oracle sees significant earnings growth acceleration over the coming years as Oracle’s capex investments start to bear fruit.
We maintain our Outperform rating.”
