Evercore ISI Raises Arm Holdings Price Target to $227
Evercore ISI analyst Mark Lipacis raised the price target on Arm Holdings (NASDAQ: ARM) to $227.00 (from $170.00) while maintaining an Outperform rating.
“Key Agentic-AI Beneficiary.
We reiterate our OP rating following ARM’s “Arm Everywhere” event where management formally announced its entry into the Physical IC market, introducing its server CPU product which it expects will generate $15bn in revs by FY31 and lead overall EPS to expand to $9+, consistent with our projections.
We continue to believe that server CPUs are just the first chapter of ARM’s physical IC development journey, with a path to $13-$23 in 5 year earnings power should it successfully enter additional markets over time.
ARM reminds us of NVDA 10 years ago, as both 1) a de facto ecosystem standard in a 2) inflecting market that is a natural fit for their portfolio.
We increase our PT to $227 (from $170), reflecting 34x our CY2030 EPS of $9.76 discounted back to 2026.”
