Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Matthew Prisco raised the price target on Texas Instruments (NASDAQ: TXN) to $280.00 (from $250.00) while maintaining a Neutral rating.

“Overall, this was a great Q for TXN, exceeding bogeys across the board and playing into the bull Analog thesis today.

The big question now is sustainability into the 2H … based on what TXN is seeing today, all signs point to continued goodness from here.

But with uncertainty around memory constraints and geopolitical dynamics into the back half, we remain a bit more cautious on the group medium-term and remain selective.

We continue to view upside to $10 FCF/sh for TXN in CY27 (vs cons $8.55), and applying a 28x multiple, we are increasing our price target to $280 (vs prior $250 utilizing a 25x multiple; increasing multiple to reflect improving Analog trends).

We reiterate our Neutral rating.”
