Jefferies analyst Janardan Menon raised the price target on Arm Holdings (NASDAQ: ARM) to $290.00 (from $210.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.

“Since the Arm Everywhere event in March, demand for the AGI CPU in FY27 and FY28 has doubled to $2bn. As agentic AI proliferates, we expect demand to further expand.

Management seems confident of both royalties and licencing revenues growing at around 20% in FY27, with data centre demand supporting royalty growth.

With Arm’s market share forecast to rise within a rapidly growing CPU market, the stock remains attractive. We raise our PT from $210 to $290.”
