Mizuho analyst Vijay Rakesh raised the price target on Arm Holdings (NASDAQ: ARM) to $425.00 (from $360.00) while maintaining an Outperform rating.

“Raise PT to $425 (prior: $360), 2.7x our F28E (unchanged from prior) with near-term handset headwinds mostly limited to lower-end models, with premium/flagship seeing strength and driving better v9/CSS mix.

We continue to see ARM benefitting from CPU ramps at key customers in the near-term with Cobalt, Axion, Graviton, Vera and Grace, while its in-house AGI CPU and potential ASIC could start ramps in 2027/28E and drive further upside.”
