DA Davidson Raises AMD Price Target to $550
DA Davidson analyst Gil Luria raised the price target on AMD (AMD) to $550 (from $425) while maintaining a Buy rating on August 5, 2026.
“MD reported 2Q26 results that beat expectations on the top and bottom-line.
Results in the quarter were underscored by strength in Data Center revenue, up 107% Y/Y and 16% sequentially, highlighting the continued demand for the company’s Instinct GPUs and the growing CPU demand.
Management sees a path to a server CPU TAM of >$220B by 2030, growing at >50% annually.
Per our recent upgrade, AMD may gain even more from CPU bottlenecks than Intel.
We reiterate our BUY rating and raise our price target to $550 from $425.”
