DA Davidson analyst Gil Luria raised the price target on AMD (NASDAQ: AMD) to $425.00 (from $375.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.

“AMD reported 1Q26 results that beat expectations on the top and bottom-line.

Results in the quarter were underscored by strength in Data Center revenue, up 57% Y/Y and 7% sequentially, highlighting the continued demand for the company’s Instinct GPUs.

Management now sees a path to a server CPU TAM of >$120B by 2030, growing at >35% annually, up 17 points from the prior disclosure.

Per our recent upgrade, AMD may gain even more from CPU bottlenecks than Intel.”
