Rosenblatt analyst Scott Devitt initiated coverage on Alphabet (NASDAQ: GOOGL) on August 19, 2026, with a Buy rating and a price target of $410.

“Within our broader launch on the eCommerce sector, we are assuming coverage on shares of GOOGL (from Analyst Barton Crockett) with a BUY rating and $410 PT.

The re-rating from Search concerns has largely played out, and Alphabet is now being compensated for its role as a leading hyperscaler in the current AI cycle.

We believe Cloud will sustain momentum, supporting the next leg of multiple expansion as operating profit dollars scale ahead of current expectations with capacity and TPU monetization past 2027.

A deceleration in Cloud growth would pressure the thesis more than any new Search risk, in our view.”
