Morgan Stanley analyst Sanjit Singh raised the price target on Oracle (NYSE: ORCL) to $210 (from $207) while maintaining a Equalweight rating.

“Remain EW, $210 PT (from $207).

While our EPS estimates move higher on account of improved GPUaaS gross margin trajectory discussed above, we are slightly increasing our PT to $210 (from $207 previously) using ~19x CY28e NGAAP EPS of $10.98.

This implies a ~0.9x PEG (CY26-CY28 CAGR), a discount to ORCL’s historical average of ~1.6x given execution risk and lack of FCF support through forecast period given GPUaaS investment.

Our revised PT compares to our prior base case of $207, which reflected 25x FY28e NGAAP EPS of $8.28.”
