StoneX analyst Cody Acree reiterated a Buy rating and $335 price target on NVIDIA (NASDAQ: NVDA).

“We view NVIDIA’s $12.9303B agreement to acquire Hugging Face as strategically positive and financially immaterial near term.

The transaction includes approximately $11.9B payable to stockholders and up to $1.0B of equity-based retention for employees joining NVIDIA, with closing expected in 1H27 subject to approvals.

NVIDIA shares traded about 2% higher near $228 after the announcement. We make no estimate changes and reiterate Buy and our $335 price target.”
