Mizuho analyst Siti Panigrahi reiterated an Outperform rating and $320 price target on Oracle (NYSE: ORCL).

“We are constructive heading into ORCL’s F1Q27 print on Sept.

10 and expect results to exceed consensus, driven primarily by OCI outperformance as ~1GW of capacity comes online in FQ1 versus ~1.2GW delivered in all of FY26.

Another beat would reinforce improving execution and build confidence in management’s FY27 guidance, but we believe reiteration of the FY27 revenue guide is equally important given investor concerns around potential delays/disruption tied to the Project Jupiter data-center buildout.

We also believe investors underappreciate progress on BYOH/prepaid structures, which reduce balance-sheet burden, and early apps re-acceleration aided by the VA rollout of Cerner.

Key focus areas include OCI growth, RPO momentum/conversion, CapEx funding clarity, any ATM/equity issuance, and margin/FCF visibility.”
