KeyBanc analyst Justin Patterson reiterated an Overweight rating and $780 price target on Meta Platforms Inc.

(NASDAQ: META).

“Today, Meta launched Muse, providing a secure, private, personal AI agent to consumers.

In our view, the differentiators for Muse are: 1) an intuitive user interface and low learning curve; 2) Meta’s breadth of distribution and data; and 3) a concerted effort to lean into privacy and security to establish trust and safety.

As with other Meta apps, we view engagement as the initial barometer of success, with monetization following over time.

We continue to believe the market under-estimates Meta’s AI positioning and product cycle and maintain our OW rating and $780 PT (20x 2028E P/E).”
