StoneX analyst Mickey Legg reiterated a Buy rating and $475 price target on Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA).

“TSLA is expected to report Q3 deliveries late next week. We forecast Q3 deliveries of approximately 446,500 vehicles, down 7% sequentially and 10% YoY, and modestly below FactSet consensus.

Our estimates call for revenue of $27.5B, adjusted EPS of $0.45 and adjusted EBITDA of $4.0B.

We expect energy storage deployments of 16.2 GWh, up 20% sequentially, providing an offset to lower vehicle volume.

Beyond the delivery headline, our focus is on pricing, vehicle mix and inventory to assess whether demand is supporting profitability without additional incentives.

We maintain our Buy rating and $475 price target.”
