What the analyst said
Rosenblatt analyst Hans Mosesmann lowered the price target on Intel (NASDAQ: INTC) to $70 (from $80) while maintaining a Sell rating.
“Intel turned in a respectable 3Q26 report but the outlook for 4Q26 is a surprisingly large miss. Management is pointing to higher memory prices slowing PC demand more than expected.
We have reset our estimates for Intel’s CCPG revenue.
With CapEx increases expected to expand server CPU capacity in 2H27, the company is relying on DCAI group to drive Y/Y growth in 2027 though likely losing market share.
We are lowering our estimates and price target to $70 (from $80)..”
