Rosenblatt Raises Intel Price Target to $50
Rosenblatt analyst Hans Mosesmann raised the price target on Intel (NASDAQ: INTC) to $50.00 (from $30.00) while maintaining a Sell rating.
“Intel delivered its 6th consecutive quarter of beating the mid-point of guidance as the move from the Inference stage to Agentic and Physical AI is driving fresh demand for CPUs.
At the same time, Intel is expanding capacity and even able to ship previously reserved inventory which along with ASP increases leading to 41% gross margins.
With management reporting improving 18A yields, steady 14A progress and increasing potential for foundry customers, we are increasing our valuation multiple on FY27E earnings to 40x and increasing our earnings estimate to $1.25 to derive a $50 12-month price target.
While management is making progress, we see the current share price as being far ahead of the fundamentals. Therefore, we maintain our Sell rating.”
