What the analyst said

Baird analyst William Power raised the price target on Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) to $340 (from $330) while maintaining an Outperform rating.

“AAPL reported solid FQ4 results, with slight upside to revenue and margins/EPS. iPhone and Mac upside helped offset in-line services and weaker wearables.

AAPL guided to December-quarter revenue growth of 7-10%, matching our prior 8.5% estimate. It noted robust demand for its newest iPhone lineup, particularly Duo.

Ultimately, an ~in-line revenue outlook and margin pressure (memory & R&D) with the stock near all-time highs into the print dropped shares modestly after hours.

That said, we expect strong FCF to continue to stand out vs. Mag7 peers.”
