What the analyst said
Citi analyst Christopher Danely raised the price target on Broadcom Limited (NASDAQ: AVGO) to $276 (from $210) while maintaining a Buy rating.
“Broadcom will release F2Q25 results on June 5 after market close. We expect AVGO to report results above consensus, driven by continued AI strength (30% of F25E sales).
With its non-AI semi business (27% of F25E sales) down roughly 40% from the peak, we believe the business should recover from the current levels and offset most of the gross margin dilution from its AI business.
We raise our estimates, reiterate our Buy rating on AVGO and raise our price target from $210 to $276.”
