What the analyst said
Citi analyst Christopher Danely raised the price target on Broadcom Limited (NASDAQ: AVGO) to $285 (from $276) while maintaining a Buy rating.
“Broadcom reported mixed results and guidance with continued AI strength (29% of F2Q25 sales) offset by lower margins due to mix and higher options expense.
Gross margins were guided lower due to higher semiconductor mix (56% of F2Q25 sales) as AVGO expects its AI business to grow 60% YoY in F25 and F26 driven by increased AI adoption.
We reiterate our Buy rating on AVGO and raise our price target from $276 to $285.”
