Mizuho analyst Siti Panigrahi reiterated an Outperform rating and $320.00 price target on Oracle (NYSE: ORCL).
āOracle announced the appointment of Hilary Maxson as CFO, effective today, reporting to CEO Clay Magouyrk.
Maxson most recently served as EVP and Group CFO at Schneider Electric, and brings over two decades of experience spanning industrial, infrastructure, and software businesses including 12 years at AES Corporation across finance, strategy, and M&A roles supporting capital-intensive global infrastructure investments.
Her experience in scaling capital-intensive businesses complements Oracleās in-house expertise in software and hardware business.
Her appointment comes at a pivotal moment as Oracle scales its data center footprint to meet surging AI demand, with FY26 CapEx of ~$50B that require disciplined capital allocation.
