Mizuho analyst Siti Panigrahi reiterated an Outperform rating and $400.00 price target on Oracle (NYSE: ORCL).

ā€œWe attended Oracle’s AI World Tour in NYC earlier today and came away with (a) increased conviction that Oracle’s OCI infrastructure is durably differentiated, driven by a RoCE networking architecture and off-box virtualization that hyperscalers and neoclouds cannot easily replicate (as we outlined in our recent Beyond the GPU note), and (b) growing appreciation for the long-term enterprise AI opportunity.

Our conversations at the conference suggest the enterprise AI adoption cycle is taking shape, with customers increasingly looking to bring AI directly to their data rather than moving data to external platforms, a dynamic that favors Oracle as one of the largest custodians of enterprise data globally.

Today’s launch of Fusion Agentic Applications across CX, HCM, and ERP/SCM further reinforces our view that the larger opportunity is the full vertically integrated stack, from infrastructure to database to applications.

Reiterate Outperform and $400 price target.ā€
