Piper Sandler analyst Thomas Champion lowered the price target on Meta (NASDAQ: META) to $800.00 (from $880.00) while maintaining an Overweight rating.

“Mixed Quarter With Solid Results Offset by Investment Uptick; META reported a strong 1Q26, with revenue and operating income well above PSC estimates driven by impressive engagement gains and broad-based opex discipline.

Shares are down ~7% AH, as the 2Q guide was a touch light vs. the most aggressive buyside expectations and the higher capex guidance will weigh on FCF.

We continue to like the long-term story and would be buying on weakness. PT goes to $800 (from $880) on higher capex assumptions. Reiterate OW.”
