DA Davidson Raises Alphabet Price Target to $375
DA Davidson analyst Gil Luria raised the price target on Alphabet (NASDAQ: GOOGL) to $375.00 (from $310.00) while maintaining a Neutral rating.
“Alphabet reported total revenue of $109.9B growing 22% Y/Y, a continued acceleration from the previous quarter.
Google Search revenue accelerated to $60.4B representing 19.1% Y/Y growth, along with YouTube Ads revenue that rebounded from the previous quarter, now accelerating to $9.9B growing 11% Y/ Y.
Total Google advertising revenue accelerated to 16% Y/Y growth, with Google Network revenue declining 4% Y/Y.
Management noted that this quarter was the strongest they’ve seen for consumer AI adoption along with the number of paid subscriptions now reaching 350M that is being driven by YouTube and Google One.
Over the past five years, it was stated that search latency has been reduced by 35% even with AI features being integrated into Search, while Google has reduced the cost of core AI response by more than 30%.
Furthermore, Waymo during the quarter passed 500k fully autonomous rides per week, which has doubled in under a year, with launches across six cities in 2026.”
